Things you might be wondering
How accurate is the video analysis?
Frame rate sets a limit, so we show a ratio as "about 3:1" rather than a false decimal. We don't round to look more precise than we are.
When is iOS coming?
We plan to launch on Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store) together. Leave your email and we'll tell you as soon as it's out.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of purchase you can request a withdrawal under Korean e-commerce law, though this may be limited since the feature unlocks immediately on payment. The app market's (Google Play, etc.) refund policy applies first. If that doesn't work, email contact@mytempo.co.kr.
If I switch phones, does my history come with me?
History is stored on your device, and the App doesn't move it for you. If you use your phone's built-in backup (Google or iCloud) or device-transfer tools, it may come along. You can also save your swings as a JSON file with "Export my data" in Settings, but the App can't import that file back yet.
How do I report a bug?
Email contact@mytempo.co.kr with what happened and a screenshot if you can. You can also reach us straight from the app via "Contact us" in Settings.
